ReActors in Scene & Heard 2025!

Several of our members will take to the stage in Smock Alley Theatre this February for this brilliant festival of new work. Tickets are €13 if booked in advance or €15 if you pay on the door. All shows are less than an hour and most are paired with a second so you get to see two pieces together.
 
Starting off with our newest member, Culann McCarthy who will be in Away From Keyboard on Feb 13th & 14th at 6.45pm.
At the dawn of the internet age, two men get jobs as women in this true story about the Wild West of internet chat.
 
Áine Collier will be in Big Yellow Letters on February 13th & 14th at 9.45pm.
When riots unexpectedly erupt in Dublin, a young mother seizes the chance to flee her violent partner.
 
Sodiq Ajibola Abiola and Ceara Carney will be in The New Warrior on February 15th & 16th at 2pm.
The son of Achilles sets out to finish what his father started, but what exactly are they fighting for? Based on untrue events, probably.
 
Anna Winifred will be in the rehearsed reading for Trapped on February 16th at 1pm.
Stacy finds her boss trapped in a toilet cubicle. Feigning assistance, her motives darken. Is escape truly possible, or is Stacy orchestrating her Boss’s downfall?
 
Jemma Curran & Anna Winifred will perform in Cravings on February 18th & 19th at 6.45pm. Jemma also wrote this production!
Diet pills. And delicious human flesh. A darkly comic look at one woman’s journey to acceptance, and how everything is fine once you’re looking well.
 
Gerry Cannon is in Helter Shelter on February 20th at 9.30pm.
Helter shelter tells the story of six dogs imprisoned in an animal shelter, ruled by ruthless cats.
 
Sodiq Ajibola Abiola is also in Immolation Papers on February 27th at 9.30pm.
We’re here to burn someone alive, and you’re here to watch. That’s what this play is—a human sacrifice. And it’s all real.
