Fiona is an actor, dancer and choreographer, she is also company liaison and core member of Quintessence Theatre company since 2015, and has performed in numerous stage productions including two national tours for the productions of ‘Cracks’(2018) and ‘The Star of Chester’s Lane’(2021).

Fiona completed the part time screen acting course at Bow Street in 2021 and has since appeared in a number of short films including her own dance film ‘Under Her Breath’ which was part of her dance residency programme at the Garage Theatre, Monaghan. The film was recently selected as part of the Crossings Film Festival in Norway.

Finishing her dance training and education she toured the Netherlands and Belgium with Raz dance company with the production of ‘Vlieg vlieges’. She also performed with T.R.A.S.H physical theatre company and toured the Netherlands, Belgium and France ‘Isa’.

Fiona is passionate about arts in education and community and in 2019, she co-founded Flocking Arts; a community participation arts organisation providing a range of artforms such as theatre, dance, film, music, visual arts, design and creative writing by inviting professional artists proficient within their field to teach, guide and collaborate with various groups in county Monaghan.
